What an absolutely wonderful day it truly is! My friend, did you know that God/Spirit could not withhold itself from us? God has given itself fully unto all of us to enjoy. The life of Spirit is the eternal and the perfect essence of all things. With that in mind, that life is God's gift to each one of us. Therefore, its fullness is within us, ready to manifest through us as we consciously partake of it. Since we are actually self-choosing, even though divinely endowed, we do however partake of our divinity more completely as we embrace it in our own thought. I do know that we live in a changeless reality and we are always in the midst of plenty everywhere. We really should not be disturbed by the passage of time, the movement around us, nor the variation of experience through which we go. My dear sweet friend, always know that something within you remains immovable and absolutely says: "Be still, and know that I am God." Yes it is true, that the Life of God is our Life! Good day to you.

Express hurt feelings directly
Hurt is an expression of vulnerability. We tend to mask it with defensiveness and blame. It is important to express feelings of hurt directly and if possible in a non-blaming way. "I felt really hurt when you didn't ask me to go with you." as opposed to "You don't care about my feelings."
Risking the exposure of our true feelings, even hurt or sad feelings, can be scary, but it creates the openness, sharing, and intimacy we crave.
